Job Requirements
- Be 18 or older
- have high school education or equivalent
- have basic math skills
- be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- be able to stand for the duration of a full shift
- hold or obtain a Food Handler's Permit within 30 days

Job Duties
- Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
- training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
- jumping in wherever needed including front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
- managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
- monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
- making sure cleanliness, service, and food quality all hit Carl's Jr. standard
