Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Able to work up to 47 hours per week
  • Possess or able to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days
  • Current driver's license
  • Clean driving record

  • Ability to work independently and as a self-starter
  • Experience in customer service
  • Skilled team building capabilities
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days
  • Clean driving record
  • Current driver's license

Job Duties

  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
  • Ensure high-quality standards are maintained
  • Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • Initiate corrective actions as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and Carl's Jr. policies
  • Supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • Train, coach, and provide performance feedback
  • Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
  • Communicate business and team goals
  • Recognize and reward employees
