Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
- Be able to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Have or be able to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop employees
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data
Job Duties
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality standards
- Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- Initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
- Supervise and mentor employees regularly
- Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to employees
- Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
- Communicate business and team goals and expectations
- Recognize and reward employees who positively impact the business
