Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
  • Be able to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Have or be able to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop employees
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial data

Job Duties

  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality standards
  • Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • Initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
  • Supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to employees
  • Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
  • Communicate business and team goals and expectations
  • Recognize and reward employees who positively impact the business
