Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
- Be able to stand, bend, stoop for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Have or be able to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
- Current driver license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- Prior management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Capability to manage business operations and budgets
- Customer service oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained
- Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- Initiate corrective actions when necessary
- Supervise and mentor employees regularly
- Train, coach and provide regular performance feedback
