Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Possess or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze business metrics and implement solutions
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter

Job Duties

  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality standards
  • Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • Initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
  • Ensure business and personnel practices comply with state and federal laws and corporate policies
  • Supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • Train, coach and provide performance feedback to motivate employees
  • Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination and compensation
