Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
- obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
- have a current driver's license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- strong leadership skills
- effective communication abilities
- ability to work independently and as a team builder
- prior experience in management preferred but not required
- ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work up to 47 hours per week
- ability to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days
- possession of a current driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
- ensure high quality standards in all operations
- analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- initiate corrective actions as necessary
- ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies
- supervise and mentor employees regularly
- train, coach and provide performance feedback
