Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work approximately 47 hours per week as required by business needs
  • Capability to stand, bend, stoop for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to comply with E-Verify identity verification process

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze business metrics and control costs
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Ability to train and mentor staff
  • Food handler’s permit or ability to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
