Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work approximately 47 hours per week as required by business needs
- Capability to stand, bend, stoop for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Possession of or ability to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to comply with E-Verify identity verification process
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze business metrics and control costs
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Food handler’s permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
Job Duties
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
- Ensure high quality standards in all operations
