Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
  • be able to stand, bend, stoop for long periods
  • be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • possess or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
  • have a current driver's license and clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • leadership experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • proactive problem-solving abilities
  • knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • experience with labor management and cost control
  • food handler's permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • current driver's license and clean driving record

Job Duties

  • utilize labor effectively to meet budgets and maintain high-quality standards
  • analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • ensure compliance with state and federal laws and Carl's Jr. policies
  • supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • train and coach staff, providing performance feedback
  • make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
  • communicate business and team goals and expectations
  • motivate and recognize employees for their contributions
