Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
- be able to stand, bend, stoop for long periods
- be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- possess or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
- have a current driver's license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- leadership experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- proactive problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- experience with labor management and cost control
- food handler's permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
- current driver's license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- utilize labor effectively to meet budgets and maintain high-quality standards
- analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- initiate corrective actions when necessary
- ensure compliance with state and federal laws and Carl's Jr. policies
- supervise and mentor employees regularly
- train and coach staff, providing performance feedback
- make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
- communicate business and team goals and expectations
- motivate and recognize employees for their contributions
