Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work upwards of 47 hours per week
  • capable of standing, bending, stooping for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • possess or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days
  • have a current driver license with clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • knowledge of labor budgeting and cost control
  • ability to obtain food handler's permit within 30 days of employment

Job Duties

  • utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
  • analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies
  • supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • train, coach, and provide performance feedback
