Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as required
- Possess or be able to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
- Have a current driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or food service management preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of labor management and cost control
- Ability to motivate and develop employees
Job Duties
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality standards
- Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs, initiating corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and Carl's Jr policies and procedures
- Supervise and mentor employees regularly
- Train, coach, and provide regular performance feedback to employees
- Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
- Communicate business and team goals and expectations
- Recognize and reward employees who positively impact the business
