Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to work upwards of 47 hours per week
  • Able to stand, bend, stoop for long periods
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Possess or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to provide coaching and mentorship
  • Knowledge of labor and cost control

Job Duties

  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
  • Ensure high-quality standards
  • Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • Initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • Supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • Train, coach, and provide performance feedback
