Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business need
- able to stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- possession of or ability to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days of starting
- current driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong leadership skills
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- experience in restaurant or food service management preferred

Job Duties
- utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality standards
- analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
- ensure business and personnel practices comply with state and federal laws and company policies
- supervise and mentor employees
- train, coach and provide regular performance feedback to motivate and improve employees
- make hiring, discipline, advancement, termination and compensation decisions
