Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as needed
- able to stand, bend and stoop for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- possess or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days
- hold a current driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work independently
- skilled in team building and customer service
- knowledge of labor management and cost control
- ability to coach and mentor employees
- familiarity with federal and state employment laws
Job Duties
- utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
- ensure high quality standards
- analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
