Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as needed
  • able to stand, bend and stoop for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • possess or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days
  • hold a current driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work independently
  • skilled in team building and customer service
  • knowledge of labor management and cost control
  • ability to coach and mentor employees
  • familiarity with federal and state employment laws

Job Duties

  • utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
  • ensure high quality standards
  • analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • initiate corrective actions as necessary
  • ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies
