Job Requirements

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • be able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business need
  • be able to stand, bend and stoop for long periods
  • be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • have or be able to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
  • possess a current driver license and a clean driving record

Job Duties

  • utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality standards
  • analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
  • ensure compliance with state and federal laws and Carl's Jr. policies
  • supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • train, coach, and provide performance feedback
  • make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination and compensation
  • communicate business and team goals and expectations
  • recognize and reward employees who positively impact the business
