Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work up to 47 hours per week as needed
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days
  • Current driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or better
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong communication and team building abilities
  • Experience in managing labor and controlling costs
  • Ability to train and mentor employees
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws related to restaurant operations
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving business goals

Job Duties

  • Manage labor effectively to meet budgets
  • Ensure high quality standards in food and service
  • Analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies
  • Supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • Train, coach, and provide performance feedback
  • Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
