Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able to work up to 47 hours per week as needed
  • Possess or obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days of start
  • Current driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant or retail management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Ability to train and motivate employees
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Food handler’s permit or ability to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
  • Ensure high quality standards
  • Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • Initiate corrective actions when necessary
