Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to work up to 47 hours per week as needed
- Possess or obtain a food handler’s permit within 30 days of start
- Current driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Ability to train and motivate employees
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Food handler’s permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
Job Duties
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
- Ensure high quality standards
- Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- Initiate corrective actions when necessary
- Supervise and mentor employees regularly
- Train, coach, and provide performance feedback
- Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, and termination
- Communicate business and team goals and expectations
