Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business needs
- able to stand, bend, stoop for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- possession of or ability to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
- current driver license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications

- experience in restaurant or retail management preferred

- knowledge of labor budgeting and cost control
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality standards
- analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- initiate corrective actions when necessary
- ensure compliance with state and federal laws and Carl's Jr policies
- supervise and mentor employees regularly
- train, coach and provide performance feedback
- make employment decisions regarding hiring, discipline, advancement, termination and compensation
