Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business need
  • Possess or be able to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in customer service and team building
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
  • Knowledge of labor management and cost control
  • Ability to motivate and develop employees

Job Duties

  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
  • Ensure high-quality standards in food preparation and customer service
  • Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
  • Initiate appropriate corrective actions when necessary
  • Supervise and mentor employees regularly
  • Train, coach and provide performance feedback
  • Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination and compensation
  • Communicate business and team goals and expectations
  • Recognize and reward employees who positively impact the business
