Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • able to work upwards of 47 hours per week as dictated by business need
  • able to stand, bend, stoop for long periods
  • capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • possession of or ability to obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
  • current driver license
  • clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven leadership experience in a restaurant management role
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • skilled in team building and conflict resolution
  • knowledge of labor management and budgeting
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
