Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Accounting, Finance, Business
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Forecasting and budgeting experience
- Must be well-organized
- Well versed in establishing priorities
- Ability to support other organization needs and requirements
- Knowledge of automotive technology and Serial Life process including change management
- Teamworking skills
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of contracts with main suppliers
- Familiarity with workflows, spreadsheets, and IT systems such as Altis, PLM, Jira, InterrCom, Sorep, Privé, Devin, Codep, and Evos

Job Duties
- Ensure timely implementation and accounting of technical and marketing vehicle cost evolutions and content savings on Serial Life projects during development and implementation phase
- Ensure vehicle savings account on vehicle including drifts
- Ensure that economical amounts and timelines are updated and solid
- Promote savings through proactive collaboration with Project Economic Managers and Engineering
- Ensure consistency of vehicle cost evolution on finance actuals vs expected savings values
- Support proactively in problem solving and eventual escalation action
- Organize and conduct cost reduction workshops
- Conduct recurrent stakeholders meetings to monitor and support decisions on market and technical savings
- Support idea generation on cost savings based on deep knowledge on vehicle and markets
- Promote overall efficiency in the relation and data exchange among stakeholders for total product cost reduction and war room
- Ensure complete handover and regular exchanges with Idea Generation Team
- Support problem solving and escalation in case of issues
- Feed the War Room with cost savings opportunities from internal data lake of ideas
- Master financial rules and ensure application and compliance
- Support and promote cost savings process speed through proper tools, guidelines, and instructions
