Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in barista or food service roles is a plus
  • Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to walk frequently, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate coffee and food preparation equipment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a commitment to scheduled work hours

Job Qualifications

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Dependable work ethic suitable for a fast-paced, guest-centered environment
  • Barista or food service experience is a plus but not required
  • Team player willing to assist wherever needed

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional service by greeting every guest and offering personalized recommendations
  • Prepare coffee and other beverages quickly, consistently, and with care following recipes
  • Take guest orders and payments efficiently while addressing questions or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness by stocking supplies, keeping floors clean, and organizing the coffee shop
  • Support the team by preparing products for other shifts and assisting in stocking and organizing supplies
  • Conduct temperature checks and complete food safety logs to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
  • Honor commitments by regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for absences
