Job Requirements
- Part-time availability including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel constantly
- Capability to lift, stack, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Experience using equipment such as intercoms, registers, coffee makers, espresso machines, and grinders preferred
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to comply with food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Experience as a barista or in food service or cashier roles preferred but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Strong team player willing to assist where needed
- Dependable with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and offering personalized recommendations
- Prepare coffee and other beverages quickly, consistently, and with care according to recipes
- Take guest orders and payments efficiently, addressing questions or concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness by stocking supplies, cleaning floors, and organizing the coffee shop
- Support the team by preparing products for other shifts and assisting with stocking and organizing supplies
- Conduct temperature checks and complete food safety logs to adhere to food safety standards
- Regular, timely attendance and proper communication for schedule adherence
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support café operations
