Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling payments
Job Qualifications
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for excellent service
- Experience as a barista or in food service or cashier roles is a plus but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain clean and organized workspaces
- Team player willing to assist wherever needed
- Dependable with a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and offering personalized recommendations
- Prepare coffee and other beverages quickly, consistently, and following recipes
- Take guest orders and payments efficiently, addressing questions and concerns
- Maintain cleanliness by stocking supplies, cleaning floors, and organizing the coffee shop
- Support the team by preparing products for other shifts and assisting with stocking
- Conduct temperature checks and complete food safety logs to ensure safe work environment
- Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences
- Perform other duties as assigned
