Job Duties

  • Prepare coffee shop beverages
  • prepare food items according to procedures
  • ensure food and beverages are handled safely and in a clean work environment
  • operate cash register and process payments such as cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, and coupons
  • stock items and rotate coffee merchandise displays
  • maintain understanding of current store programs and product locations
  • comply with company policies regarding security, cash handling and product handling
  • maintain a clean and well-stocked department
  • communicate company programs and in-store specials to customers
  • follow all PPE and safety guidelines
  • follow all food safety and cleaning expectations
  • follow guest experience guidelines
  • perform additional tasks in other departments as needed
  • additional responsibilities as assigned
