Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and in a clean work environment
- operate cash register and process payments such as cash, checks, credit cards, gift certificates, and coupons
- stock items and rotate coffee merchandise displays
- maintain understanding of current store programs and product locations
- comply with company policies regarding security, cash handling and product handling
- maintain a clean and well-stocked department
- communicate company programs and in-store specials to customers
- follow all PPE and safety guidelines
- follow all food safety and cleaning expectations
- follow guest experience guidelines
- perform additional tasks in other departments as needed
- additional responsibilities as assigned
