Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
- operate cash register and process various forms of payment
- stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays
- maintain current knowledge of store programs and product locations
- use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
- notify department lead or manager when supplies need ordering
- comply with company policies on security and cash handling
- maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- communicate company programs, specials, and coupons to customers
- follow PPE and safety guidelines
- follow food safety and cleaning expectations
- follow guest experience guidelines
- may be assigned tasks in other departments as needed
- additional responsibilities as required
