Job Duties

  • Prepare coffee shop beverages
  • prepare food items according to procedures
  • ensure food and beverages are handled safely and work environment is clean
  • operate cash register and process various forms of payment
  • stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays
  • maintain current knowledge of store programs and product locations
  • use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
  • notify department lead or manager when supplies need ordering
  • comply with company policies on security and cash handling
  • maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • communicate company programs, specials, and coupons to customers
  • follow PPE and safety guidelines
  • follow food safety and cleaning expectations
  • follow guest experience guidelines
  • may be assigned tasks in other departments as needed
  • additional responsibilities as required
