Job Duties

  • Prepare coffee shop beverages
  • prepare food items according to procedures
  • ensure safe handling of food and beverages and maintain clean work environment
  • operate cash register to process various payments
  • stock items and rotate merchandise displays
  • maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
  • use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
  • notify department lead or manager for supply orders
  • comply with company policies on security and cash handling
  • maintain a clean and well-stocked department
  • communicate store programs and promotions to customers
  • follow all personal protective equipment and safety guidelines
  • adhere to food safety and cleaning expectations
  • follow guest experience guidelines
  • perform tasks as assigned in other departments as needed
  • additional duties as required
