Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure safe handling of food and beverages and maintain clean work environment
- operate cash register to process various payments
- stock items and rotate merchandise displays
- maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
- use check-stand and coffee shop equipment efficiently
- notify department lead or manager for supply orders
- comply with company policies on security and cash handling
- maintain a clean and well-stocked department
- communicate store programs and promotions to customers
- follow all personal protective equipment and safety guidelines
- adhere to food safety and cleaning expectations
- follow guest experience guidelines
- perform tasks as assigned in other departments as needed
- additional duties as required
