- prior experience in restaurant or retail preferred but not required
- completion of SONIC Skating Training Program for Skating Carhops

- Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
- being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
- being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- standing and balancing while carrying trays, especially for Skating Carhops
- roller skating proficiently and safely when applicable
- assisting with general restaurant cleanliness and organization
