Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to abide by SONIC appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
- Roller skate proficiently for skating carhop roles
- Ability to continuously stand and balance while carrying trays
- Completion of SONIC Skating Training program for skating carhops
Job Qualifications

- Willingness to cross-train on various stations
- Team player with focus on cleanliness and safety
- Completion of SONIC Skating Training program for skating carhop positions
- General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
- Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
- Being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- Successfully completing SONIC skating training and proficiently roller skating when applicable
- Continuously standing, balancing, carrying trays, and sweeping while roller skating
- Upholding appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
