Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards at SONIC
- ability to be flexible based on business needs
- successful completion of SONIC Skating Training Program for skating carhops
- ability to continuously stand, balance, and carry a tray while roller skating
- good physical stamina
- willing to work as part of a team
- positive attitude and resilience
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and positive attitude
- ability to remain calm in tough situations
- effective communication skills
- basic math and reading skills
- willingness to learn and grow
- team mentality and willingness to help where needed
- proficiency in roller skating for skating carhop positions
- general knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred
Job Duties
- Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
- being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
- being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- effectively communicating with team members and guests
- assisting with cleaning and maintaining work areas
- performing skating duties proficiently when applicable
