Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
- Willingness to abide by SONIC appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
- For skating carhops, ability to stand, balance, carry a tray, and sweep while roller skating
- Ability to maintain composure and resilience under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Effective communication skills

- Friendly and smiling personality
- Willingness to cross-train on all stations
- Team player with a focus on cleanliness and safety
- For skating carhops, completion of SONIC Skating Training Program
- Ability to roller skate proficiently
