Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
- Ability to remain calm in tough situations
- Resilient spirit to bounce back from setbacks
- Successful completion of SONIC Skating Training Program (for skating carhops)
- Ability to continuously stand, balance, and carry tray while roller skating (for skating carhops)
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and smiling demeanor
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with eagerness to learn and grow
- For skating carhops: proficient roller skating skills
- General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred but not required

- Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest
- Being a menu genius and helping customers navigate all customizable combinations
- Being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- Maintaining safety and sanitation standards
