Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to abide by SONIC appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
- Ability to be flexible based on business needs
- Basic math and reading skills
- For skating Carhop servers, ability to roller skate proficiently on various surfaces
- Ability to continuously stand, balance, carry a tray, and sweep while roller skating

- Being a menu genius and helping SONIC customers navigate all customizable combinations
- Being empowered to resolve customer concerns, guaranteeing every guest leaves satisfied
- Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
- Communicating effectively with team members and customers
- Working flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Assisting with cleaning and maintaining the restaurant environment
