- Roller skate proficiency for skating carhop servers
- Ability to continuously stand, balance, carry a tray, and sweep while roller skating

- Team mentality and willingness to help where needed
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and smiling demeanor with a passion for courteous service
- Willingness to cross-train on multiple stations
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Team player with a focus on cleanliness and safety
- General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred but not required
- Completion of SONIC Skating Training Program for skating carhop servers

- Delivering a warm, friendly, and fast experience to every guest

- Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards
