Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours nights weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to adapt based on business needs
- Adherence to SONIC appearance uniform and hygiene standards
- Effective communication skills including basic math and reading
- For Skating Carhop position roller skating proficiency and ability to stand balance carry tray and sweep while skating
- Completion of assigned SONIC Skating Training Program
- Willingness to abide by all safety and sanitation policies

- Friendly and smiling demeanor with a commitment to customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively including basic math and reading skills
- Willingness to cross-train and work in a team environment
- Resilient spirit to handle setbacks and maintain composure
- Completion of SONIC Skating Training Program for Skating Carhops
- Proficient roller skating skills for Skating Carhop position
- General knowledge of restaurant or retail operations preferred but not required

- Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards

- Supporting team efforts by cross-training on various stations
- Working flexible hours including night weekend and holiday shifts
