Job Requirements
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC
- Successfully completed assigned SONIC Skating Training Program for skating carhops
- Proficiency in roller skating on various surfaces for skating carhops
- Ability to continuously stand, balance and carry a tray, and sweep while roller skating for skating carhops
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and smiling face that enjoys providing courteous service to guests
- Willingness to cross-train on all stations
- Team player keen on cleanliness and safety
- Basic math and reading skills
- Effective communication skills
- General knowledge and understanding of restaurant industry or retail operations preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Ensure that all restaurant menu items meet operational standards
- Greet all guests in a polite and friendly manner with a smile
- Make accurate change quickly and efficiently for restaurant guests
- Carry and balance a tray weighing up to 25 pounds
- Serve guests in a timely manner
- Clear trays from guests' cars
- For skating carhops, perform all above duties while roller skating
