- ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
- effective communication skills
- basic math and reading skills
- willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC
- successful completion of SONIC Skating Training Program (for skating carhop)
- proficiency in roller skating
- ability to continuously stand, balance and carry a tray while roller skating
- general knowledge and understanding of restaurant industry or retail operations preferred but not required

Job Duties
- ensure that all restaurant menu items meet operational standards
- greet all guests in a polite and friendly manner with a smile
- make accurate change quickly and efficiently for restaurant guests
- carry and balance a tray weighing up to 25 pounds
- serve guests in a timely manner
- clear trays from guests' cars
- complete SONIC Skating Training Program (for skating carhop)
- perform duties while roller skating (for skating carhop)
