Job Requirements
- must own a cargo van or sprinter van
- must be 21 years or older
- must have a valid driver’s license
- clean driving record no DUIs, reckless driving, or cell phone violations in the past 3 years
- must be able to pass a background check
- must be able to pass a drug test including marijuana
- tb test required
- must be able to pass a physical exam
- availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record with no DUIs, reckless driving, or cell phone violations in the past 3 years
- experience in driving cargo vans or sprinter vans preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of route driving techniques and local area navigation beneficial
- ability to follow safety regulations and company procedures
Job Duties
- Load and unload light cargo ensuring items are secured properly for transport
- navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards
- provide exceptional customer service during deliveries addressing any client questions or concerns
- maintain communication with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and issues
- perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks regularly
- manage delivery documentation and ensure accuracy of paperwork
- adhere to company policies and procedures including safety protocols
