Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old if driving cargo handling equipment
Valid driver's license
Airport Authority or Port Authority permit if applicable
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Ability to handle fast-paced eight hour shifts
Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Ability to learn and utilize PC skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
Experience in cargo handling or related field is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

Perform computer data entry
Prepare all flight documents
Interface with U.S. Customs
Prepare import and export documentation
Accept and distribute cargo in compliance with carrier and DOT regulations
Compile customer lists for sales leads
Solicit orders and communicate with customers to complete sales
Quote prices and prepare sales contracts
Estimate delivery dates for customers
Move cargo up to 70lbs
Comply with WFS site security procedures
Remain vigilant for security breaches and report suspicious activities
Operate all cargo handling equipment
Retrieve and deliver import/export documents to and from aircraft
Report to work regularly and on time
