Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Must have current driver’s license with no violations over past 5 years
- Forklift certification preferred
- Availability and flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently
- Must pass Department of Airports driver’s test and obtain AOA driver’s license
- Must pass FBI background check and obtain custom seal
- Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds continuously
- Must pass pre-employment medical and drug test
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Reads air waybill, bills of landing of freight manifest to determine items to be moved, conveyed or distributed
- Conveys freight from receiving areas to storage or other designated locations using forklift or transporter
- Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or bins by consignee or destination
- Stores dangerous goods in designated safe areas
- Fills requisitions and work orders for materials, tools or stock items and distributes them
- Opens containers like bales or crates for breakdown and records counts
- Weighs and counts items for distribution to ensure standards and manifest compliance
- Performs cargo build-ups and breakdowns using skids, pallets, or ULDs
- Maintains clean and hazard-free work areas
- Practices safety policies including wearing PPE, safe lifting, and equipment operation
- Performs other duties as assigned
