Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read write speak and understand English
- Ability to understand retain and deliver information verbally and in writing
- Energetic self-motivated and comfortable with frequent changes

- Willingness to operate various tools and equipment safely

Job Duties
- Work with other staff members as a team member contributing to freight and cargo handling goals
- Meet and greet customers delivering freight professionally and assist with acceptance processes and documentation
- Ensure all accepted freight is marked labeled and placed in inventory staging areas correctly
- Perform inventory audits corrections or improvements as necessary
- Pull freight and cargo from inventories to match flight manifesting needs accurately timely and efficiently
- Load or assist in loading cargo onto company aircraft with proper tie down and restraint
- Support arriving flights in aircraft turning cargo handling and necessary documentation
- Read and understand company manuals training materials verbal and written instructions
- Operate various tools and equipment including office warehouse and vehicles performing equipment checks and data entry
- Conduct self and equipment operations safely complying with security and safety requirements
- Communicate with other employees and departments to facilitate company missions safety and cargo business goals
- Maintain clean warehouse ramp areas and aircraft performing housekeeping duties
- Handle freight cargo and US Mails to and from other facilities as required
- Accompany aircraft flights to final destination assisting in loading and unloading
- Provide operational support including aircraft pre-heating cleaning marshaling towing and door operations
- Maintain clean organized ramp freight storage and perform FOD pickup snow removal and other support tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned including assisting other departments
