- Previous residential or commercial cleaning and maintenance experience
- Pool maintenance license
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be reliable and professional
- Availability during business hours
Job Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning and maintenance experience
- Pool maintenance license
- Boiler license a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Experience with property management systems preferred
Job Duties
- Responsible for the day to day maintenance and cleanliness of common areas including vacuuming dusting mopping carpet shampooing
- Transfer dumpsters for garbage and recycling pickup
- Perform seasonal and or schedule projects as needed
- Maintain electronic files for Association
- Maintain reservations and upkeep of Community Room and Guest Suites
- Be a team player with strong communication skills
- Assist in enforcement of Association Rules and Regulations
- Be the primary contact for homeowner issues questions and concerns during business hours
