Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- willingness to work weekend shifts including double shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to build strong relationships with elderly residents
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in caregiving or related field is a plus
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to build meaningful relationships with seniors
- good communication skills
- CNA licensure is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- care for residents and assist with activities of daily living such as bathing grooming dressing
- develop meaningful relationships and contribute to residents happiness
- encourage residents to engage with scheduled activities and entertainment
- assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
- provide compassionate and attentive care to elderly residents
- collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care
- maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
