- Eighteen years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- effective verbal and written communication
- ability to work responsibly with confidential information
- accountable and reliable
- ability to work independently with good judgement

- physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
- ability to talk and listen
- close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
- lift and or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- ability to type on a computer keyboard
- comfortable in moderate to loud noise environments
- able to tolerate varying temperatures in home or office settings
