- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

Job Duties
- assist individuals with personal hygiene
- support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- help participants grow, learn, and live well
- develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
- take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy favorite activities
- support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- work alongside clinical staff and supportive supervisors
