Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
  • At least 18 years of age
  • HCA registration with the State of California or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Access to a fully insured personal vehicle
  • TB clearance or chest X-ray
  • Ability to pass required state background screening
  • Eligibility to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Assist clients with personal care such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal assistance
  • Perform light housekeeping including basic cleaning, laundry and organizing
  • Provide transportation by driving clients to appointments, running errands and grocery shopping
  • Engage clients with companionship through games, puzzles and social activities
  • Offer emotional support and maintain client safety and comfort
  • Communicate effectively with local management and caregivers support team
  • Participate in paid training opportunities for skill development
