Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must have personal reliable transportation
- Must have a smart phone
- Must be comfortable with assisting in hygiene care
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Willing to learn cooking, light housekeeping, menu planning, errands, fall prevention, transfers, companionship, and assisting with activities of daily living
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Basic knowledge of personal care techniques
- Ability to follow care plans
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping and meal management
- Run errands and attend appointments with clients
- Monitor and ensure client safety with protective oversight
- Plan menus and assist with cooking
- Help prevent falls and assist with transfers
