Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including day and night shifts
- Ability to assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and feeding
- Ability to perform light housekeeping duties
- Willingness to complete shift documentation accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of home care experience preferred
- Experience caring for a loved one accepted
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to provide non-medical elderly care
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual and dependable
Job Duties
- Assist clients with showering
- Provide light housekeeping
- Prepare meals
- Change bed linens
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain proper documentation for each shift
- Communicate client status and needs to the office
