Job Duties
- Provide personal care such as bathing and grooming to clients
- Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Support clients with mobility and transfers
- Travel to clients' homes reliably and on time
- Complete documentation and reporting related to care
- Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare team members
