Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in caregiving or home health preferred but not required

- Ability to follow instructions and handle multiple tasks

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Provide personal care and assistance with bathing, housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
- Travel to clients' homes reliably and on time
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
- Participate in paid orientations and training sessions
- Ensure occasional heavy lifting up to 50 pounds as required
- Support clients' emotional and social needs through compassionate interaction
