Job Requirements
- Caregiver experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate heart
- Reliable vehicle is a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work
- Ability to pass background checks and screenings
- Willingness to undergo paid training and continuous learning
- Availability to work flexible hours including full-time and part-time shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to complete training and obtain necessary certifications
- Basic knowledge of caregiving principles is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide one-on-one in-home caregiver assistance to seniors, veterans, and elderly clients
- Assist with companionship, housekeeping, transportation, medication administration, hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Attend paid training sessions to develop caregiving skills
- Travel between multiple client locations with paid mileage reimbursement
- Maintain a compassionate and respectful attitude towards all clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
- Participate in company recognition programs and follow scheduling flexibility guidelines
